Sunday we made it a big batch of vegetable soup with just a little beef.
I dug through the freezer and had celery greens and some corn from my sister's​ Garden, head of cabbage two quarts of home canned tomatoes, some leftover lentils, big bag of chopped up onions, and a bunch of kale.
Will be eating this all week.
I use MyFitnessPal to track calories, and approximated 1 serving to be about 175 calories.
I saved it as a recipe, I need another recipe that I call a bag of veg.
Sliced English cucumbers organic carrots and celery.
That's about 90 calories and I snack on during the day.

That must be some good stuff! I've gone on diets where I ate the same thing for a long time and couldn't bear the thought of eating it anymore.
