I had a big lunch, a Cuban sammich.
So, me thinking of going to work out, and then...a greek yogurt with some granola for 'dinner.'

I recently bought a big ass case of sriracha. I will need to try this. I actually wanted mac and cheese today, but the packet of cheese sauce was already opened and mixed with the noodles, so it ended up being not very cheesy and I threw it away. Then the dogs overturned the garbage and ate it all.

Empty your trash-can into a pot.
Set it on fire.
Add water.

Serve with red or white wine and fresh French bread. If you like you can garnish with butter and last week's can of out of date pickles.
