That's what I had tonight. Weird.

Check out my now-defunct atheism blog. It's just a blog, no ads, no revenue, no gods.

Well...today marks the 1st day of my week long vacation. Decided to make myself a small pan of lasagna, a lower calorie version. I was going to use tofu, but changed my mind. Big Grin Yes, I like tofu.

So full, though. Loooove Italian food, but it's so dang filling. Undecided

Calamari. We call them squid rings because they're made out of battered squid and made into rings.

Get out.

Ah. Deep fried calamari is awesome. Yes

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

The long celebration of Winter has been in full swing for me lately. I think I've drank more in the last 2 weeks than in the 6 months before it lol
I just sat down with a simple winter meal, already have my (extremely low quality) webcam plugged in, so I thought I'd get a picture of tonight's dinner.

I also have a glass of mead, not pictured. This is a common winter meal for me, just simple things, and everything seasonal and mostly local.
Have some sauerkraut I made myself with a cabbage I was given by a friend a few months back, and a variety of European style sausages. Have three salamis I bought from some Germans at a local christmas market recently; plain, peppered, and with hazelnut. A chorizo style sausage made by a farm a few miles up the road, and two little sausages a neigbour makes; the recipes are secret, but as far as I can tell one is made with red chillis and lots of garlic, while the other is paprika and juniper.
I think the 'paprika and juniper' one is my favourite actually :3 And the hazelnut salami u3u

Living on pickles, hams and jerkies is probably one of my favourite parts of winter. The autumn vegetables are always exciting, but putting them in jars for winter is usually more exciting than seeing them springing out of the ground xD

Having a big Christmas shared dinner thing at work, so I have no idea.
My hopes are not high though.

BTW how hard are brownies to cook? Oh nevermind, I'll find out in a moment.

I went to the crappy market and got some stupid chicken strips for the family.

I really wanted something else, but decided to drink instead.

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces
