That's just weird. I tolerate spinach in dip, but only because the rest of the dip is so tasty.

I'd eat a steak salad too, if you leave out the lettuce. Big Grin

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

There are a lot of things I am willing to eat. Big Grin

Not canned olives, though.

Eggplant Parmesan.

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

Slow cooked Pulled Pork w/BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays) with coleslaw and couscous. Devil's food cake with salted caramel icing for dessert.

Bone-in Porterhouse steaks on the grill, with crumbled bleu cheese and sautéed Crimini button mushrooms. Drooling Baked Idaho potatoes (those big muthas), corn on the cob roasted on the grill. 4-bean salad (from a jar Dodgy ). Sam Adams to help it all along (which I'm going to have to go get). I haven't had a steak in weeks. I won't be eating that much of it, two steaks for five people is plenty, around here. Fresh watermelon for desert. Yummay!

Grilled pork chops spiced with dry rub, long grain and wild rice, and lima beans...was pretty tasty and simple to prep.

Cheddar brats on the grill and cream cheese bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers fresh out of the garden in the oven. I'm not getting any healthier tonight, but it's gonna be fucking tasty.

I had a huge lunch (ribs, catfish fingers, corn on the cob, beans), and that will be my "last meal of the day". Tonight I will probably just have a beer and a few nuts or pretzels to go with it. I typically only eat one big meal in a day, and it's more likely to be lunch than dinner. That was certainly the case today.
