RE: What's for Dinner? (or supper, or lupper, or the last meal of the day)
Since I probably won't be eating dinner (or anything exciting for that meal). I'll share what I had for lunch...
I made myself a BLTTA

Heh

Bacon (applewood smoked)
Lettuce (baby field greens)
Tomato (roma)
Turkey (pepper turkey)
Avocado

On toasted sourdough bread with a little mayo...

I was sad when I ate the last bite. Sad

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

Baby swiss chard, spinach, kale, sunflower nuts, pistachio nuts, olives and Thousand Island dressing. Feel like I need a Honey Bun after all that health.

Yay for me!

My man cooked (he hasn't cooked probably since Christmas). He decided to cook a shepherd's pie and garlic bread!!!!

Oh my stars...It was amazing. My oldest kid is cleaning up the kitchen. Jazz is playing on the radio and I'm amazingly happy.

At the time I started the account, my "boy" count included, husband, older son (man-boy), younger son (mannish boy), A male bird (he was nearly 11 when he passed) and a male dog (He died in January of this year at 14).

No daughters. I'm the only girl surrounded by boys.

Now, I do have some forum daughters and sons (as well as sisters and brothers)...I love them all.
