Got my fall garden in and lettuce is already good for the picking, so I'll have that, still have tomatoes on the vine and fresh peppers and cucumbers, some onions and various greens to add in. I'll chop all but the lettuce and greens into 1/2 inch or so cubes. That's the salad.

If I feel ambitious I'll make some baguettes in my bread machine too.

yum! Drooling

This made me hungry all over again. Good call on mixing in Italian sausage with the beef.

Tomorrow night.....spaghetti!

Oh, and I am jealous too. Garden is done for the year round these parts. (well, almost done anyways. Just pumpkins, roots, and the like left. Sigh. Summer is just too damn short.)

Seasoned, pan-fried chicken fillets with a mushroom and garlic sauce rested on a bed of baby roasted veges.

Tonight it's leek and potato soup with loads of pepper (I love pepper), followed by chocolate sponge pudding.
