Hmm, I would add an apple...

I did a ton of smoothies when hubby was convalescing. he couldn't swallow solids so I got inventive and every facet of nutrition went into smoothies, even meat. It's amazing, you can create a great tasting smoothie with almost anything. And they pack a powerhouse of nutrition and tend to hit the spot. Smile

For me, it's baby back ribs tonight. LOVE these!

Can't put my finger on what lies in store
but I feel what's to happen has happened before...

Butter chicken on rice, with naan bread (store bought Sad ). Salad and I think I'll bake something for dessert- I don't know what yet though. Wish i had a nice wine to go with it, but I am sick of winter roads.

Slow cooker meal, again.

2.5 lb corned beef brisket
potatoes
onions
celery
carrots
garlic
cracked black pepper
sea salt
Worcestershire sauce
cooking sherry

Cooked 4 hours.

Tasty. Drooling

Best wonton soup I've ever had & beef panang in a little Thai/Sushi/Chinese hole in the wall next to a bait shop!
