What's happenin' in your country TODAY?
I thought it would be fun to see what's happening locally for members, around the world, as our days progress.

Here in Canada the big topic is the weather. It's the second day of spring and when I look outside it appears to be far from it.

There is a 70 vehicle pile up on a highway and there are dozens of funny snow memes being passed around.

Pile up, pics from a few minutes ago:

Big news in Scotland is that the date for the independence referendum has been announced. Booooring.

The weather is still one of the bigger stories... snow warnings and such.

Nothing is happening here...

Weather (strong winds and rain), protests (and the occasional person who's set himself on fire), the whole electricity bills fiasco, newly appointed caretaker government and the early parliamentary elections we're having in May (good thing about them being in May instead of July, is that I'm not gonna miss them due to being halfway across the world).

I'm in York Region (Canada), and there's big puffy flakes falling by my window, and the tree branches are thoroughly frosted. It isn't very cold though, just snowy. Unusually snowy for this time in March, but some years snow falls well into April, so it's no surprise.

In other news, Flaherty is unveiling the federal budget today. I am prepared to be disappointed and bothered, but also unsurprised about the contents.

If something can be destroyed by the truth, it might be worth destroying.

Locally to me the trial is continuing of a mother, father and family friend accused of setting fire to their house to frame the fathers girlfriend (he had a wife and girlfriend who lived in the same house) which went wrong killing six of their children.

You can watch a bit of the cunt here in this video from a few years ago when he was on the Jeremy Kyle show defending his lifestyle of being married and having a GF (each to their own but you dont set fire to your own house with your children in to frame a woman who has left you and to get a bigger house)

The country is also bracing for snow which should be here starting later on tonight and possibly going on into the weekend. The UK is shit with snow.

That wheel looks similar to the London eye. Did we copy you or did you copy us Consider

I think we both copied Vienna.

Yup, London was before Singapore.
