What's this cartoon
When i was a kid, i always watched this cartoon and I have no clue what the name was and I cannot find it so maybe one of you knows.

It was about this baby that had a sandbox in the garden. And it would build this rocket from sand and then the rocket would become a real rocket and the baby would go inside and fly somewhere and have an adventure....

It aired in the 90s in Germany, I am not sure... probably the channel was "Kinderkanal" or "Tele5". But I think I also saw it on Cartoon Network when I was in Sweden.

Does this ring a bell for anybody here? I am kind of obsessing about this right now.

I remember seeing that. I also remember that he used to say "Dirty Diapers!" when he got upset.
