That just seems so wrong.

Why not yak's milk?

And how do you make milk from a whole goat?

Ohmy

A big blender? Consider

Correct. You put the whole (lactating) goat in the blender, then heat the goat smoothie until the milk fat rises to the top, then add that milk fat to skim milk. The result is whole goat milk.

I usually drink cow milk though because it's about twice the price in Canada and I go through about one Canadian milk bag per day. I could only afford to have goat milk regularly in the US.

And yes, whole milk only. I'm picky like that.

RE: What's your drink?
Nonalcoholic: Usually orange pekoe or English Breakfast tea (milk, no sugar) or dark roast coffee (straight up). I used to drink a lot of pop but now the only one I actually like is strong ginger beer, which I buy infrequently. At work I keep a refillable water bottle on the desk -- nothing fancy, just tap water. I refill it at the end of the day and stick it in the fridge so that it's nice and cold.

Alcoholic: Usual go-to is lager, but I like a strong beer like La Fin du Monde now and then. Dry sparkling white wine for holiday dinners, otherwise a nice dry red (Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet/Merlot). For harder stuff, there's usually brandy in the house but I prefer single-malt Scotch if there's any around. (Oh, and I brew my own mead.)

I'm sorry, but your beliefs are much too silly to take seriously. Got anything else we can discuss?

RE: What's your drink?
I currently have an Arrogant Bastard Ale on hand. Other than that (mostly) it's water. I do have two or three cups of coffee in the mornings, but not after 12:30, or it keep me awake. For hard liquor I loves me some Wild Turkey 101 proof, or a good Highland single malt Scotch, like McCallan's or Glenfiddich. I have to be careful with it though, because I still feel it the next day. I love cognac, but drinking an equal amount of it Vs Scotch doesn't affect me the next day. Cognacs I like- Courvoisier VS or XO (VSOP, not so much- go figure) and Hennessy VS.

I drink maybe 8 bottles of hard liquor a year. That seems like enough, but sometimes too much. Huh

ETA- I drink all the boozores neat, no dilution of that good taste!

My local liquor store has a bottle of Macallan 18-year-old "behind the glass" for $269. I'll bet it's pretty tasty, but unless I get a really big bonus or win the lottery, I'll stick to the 12-year-old. It's pretty tasty, too.

^ only thing I drink nowadays that's carbonated.

Otherwise it's either tea or good ol' dihydrogen monoxide.

Ignorance is not to be ignored.

I got an 18-year-old bottle as a gift once after doing a favour for some friends.

It was good, no question, but I wasn't that much better than the 12-year-old. I'll stick with the 12-year-old scotch for my money.
