What should I read / book club maybe?
Time for a break from Fiction to read a book that actually teaches me something. I have quite a few on my Kindle wish list I’m pretty excited about. I just can’t decide which one sounds most interesting, but I've narrowed it down a bit.

  1. Mistakes Were Made (But Not by Me): Why We Justify Foolish Beliefs, Bad Decisions, and Hurtful Acts
  2. Delusions of Gender: How Our Minds, Society, and Neurosexism Create Difference
  3. How Pleasure Works: The New Science of Why We Like What We Like
  4. Who’s in Charge?: Free Will and the Science of the Brain
  5. Inside Scientology: The Story of America’s Most Secretive Religion
  6. A History of the World in 6 Glasses - this one is just kind of looked like a fun one, not quite as heavy as the others might be.

What do you folks think? Anyone interested in reading one of them with me like a little book club? We could meet back here to discuss, if so! Big Grin

Sorry that I can offer no guidance as I have not read any of them.

But #4 looks like the one that I'd find most interesting.

I'm just jealous that you have time to read... anything!
