My thinking is-

This person is in the position where they aren't held accountable to anyone.
No one can touch or phase this person (unless the person allows it).
No one can intimidate them physically or mentally.
There is nothing this person can't have, or experience.
There is no limit to the pain or pleasure this person can experience, or inflict.
There is nothing this person can conjure up or extinguish.

I'm confident there is a type of person - restrained, as well as imaginative, and empathetic to make the best use of the power.

Then that won't be a human being anymore. So the question is - does any one deserve such a thing (and I mean deserve as in deserve a punishment).

No, I didn't say this being would be worse/less than a human being. It just want be a human being anymore, as all those things he/she would be lacking or (having in addition) are what makes us human. We are imperfect, fallible and fragile and that's what makes as so fascinating.

But that is going off on a tangent and possibly not exactly pertinent.
