People actually watch teams of people fighting over some ball every week?

The "Super Bowl Today" pre-game show starts at 2:00PM,
followed by the "Super Bowl Kick Off Show" at 6:00PM,
followed by "Super Bowl XLVII" with the actual kick-off at 6:30PM or later.

WTAF?

RE: What will you be doing on StupidBowl Sunday?
The super bowl has now become a whole day where announcers run their mouths constantly spouting useless stats and predictions.

Hope to skip all the pregame crap and go straight to the funny, new commercials. Thumbsup

I don't care about either team, just glad the Patriots aren't in it. Big Grin

When you say soccor you mean the world's most widely played, watched, and followed sport.

And we call it football. That's because it's played mostly with the feet, not the hands. Big Grin

Watching basketball/soccer/football etc etc etc. is like watching 3 episodes of a show, re-run over and over. In one episode X wins. In another episode Y wins. Occasionally they play the one where X and Y are tied.

I imagine people who watch this stuff would continue to be surprised at twist-endings like The Usual Suspects, EVERY time they see it.

Nope. Ya forgot the after show, where they sat and jabbered about it some more, for another hour or so. Weeping

Good Superbowl. I like it when the game is decided in the last two minutes. Blowouts are lame.

Speaking of lame, the commercials were pretty unexciting this year. Only a few good ones. Oreos for the win!

I liked the Mercedes Benz commercial. Willem Dafoe and Sympathy for the Devil for the win.
