Which one are you?

A little bit of all. If I were to make a calculation, I would definitly say:

40% scientific, 25% philisophical, 30% Humanist, 5% political.

I don't think there is a type of atheist. It just a realization of a fact.

I am an atheist. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't see a need to label ourselves and super complicate a word that shouldn't even exist at all, if people werent so delusional.

Agreed.

However, PZ's article has value in that it raises awareness of the differing backgrounds / drivers / conclusions of a diverse bunch who when ensconced at conference can become Rift-y.

It should raise some tolerance levels and help to unify.
