RE: Who should I marry in Skyrim?
If you want Aela's magnificent side-boob armor, marry her. Instead of you having to make it, she sells it. However, I don't think the side-boobage would be very fitting on a redguard dude.

I still say you should marry Derkeethus. He'll refuse to move in with you. Literally. Smile

Do you need any of the expansions to marry?
I want me some free money daily.

You need to do the quest line of the priestess of Mara from Riften. It's short (like 3 or 4 quests) and then she will give you a necklace of Mara and as long as you wear it certain characters (listed elsewhere) will have additional speech options. It is part of the basic game so no you do not need x-pacs.

For Skyrim there isn't a quest line to get the amulet of Mara... You walk into the bee & the barb, and there's some priest talking about Mara. After the little scene, he leaves the pub and returns to the temple of Mara. There you can speak to him and for a price (I think like 500 septums) you can buy an amulet of Mara from him.

ahh, good ol' bee and barb.
That'd be a fantastic name for a pub specializing in meed and bbq food.
