Car "accidents" is a common usage of the term that is not the same as one would use in a scientific sense. Just like the word theory.

If you were actually here to think and not preach, you might get that you dishonest prick. Drinking Beverage

You didn't answer the question. In the colloquial sense my use of the word accident is accurate. You recognize that right? If I was using the word accident in the way that it's commonly used, than my usage is accurate.

Do you have the honesty to admit this ?

The use of the word "unintentional" where there is no intentionality possible would be redundant.

It might be redundancy, but where as you think the term accident cannot be used, referring to the event/s as unintentional, without apparent or deliberate cause, is acceptable?

But you don't think that the word "accident" is an appropriate word to describe something unintentional, and without apparent or deliberate cause.

Correct, "accident" is the wrong word to use in the absence of intentionality, as it contrasts with "intended" or "purposeful".

In the absence of intentionality, there are events.

I'll take that as yes. That you acknowledge that I used the term "accident" accurately in the way it is commonly understand, the colloquial meaning.

If you haven't figured it out yet, it's you who thought I meant it in some way beyond the common meaning. In fact I don't know of any other meaning beyond this.

The use of the word "unintentional" where there is no intentionality possible would be redundant.

But if one *did* say it was unintentional it would then imply that there *might* be intention behind other events and the question becomes, just *who* intends these other implied intentional events, naturally the answer is *Jesus Christ*, the Son of the Most High God, who got nailed to some dead evolved ligneous matter 2000 years ago to save you from your *sins*, sins being acts which piss of an invisible being who will *hurt you forever* if you don't *believe* the guy telling you all this. Incidentally that'll be 10% of your salary not to get burned eternally, pay now, we're having a discount this month.
