Mental illness, probably isn't what you think it is. Science can tell us how mental illness works, but not the why.

So wait: do we have disease because of population control or sin? Which is it? If it's both, do we have sin because we need population control, or does sin cause population control?

Yeah but many people say evolution is gods plan. So I wonder why did he pick such a plan.

Because God is a sadist ?
We are Gods "reality TV" ?

The last option is not a sarcastic as it seems.
If you take the theology seriously as a believer the creation and specifically interest in humans are somewhat like a virtual reality video game for God.

God can go to sleep and let the video game run by itself via an autonomous program he created.
Sometimes God wakes up and overrides the autonomous program such as in the Bronze age middle eastern level in with what seem like some miracles to the human avatars. All this is entertainment for God including the diseases and natural disasters.
Didn't anyone play civilization ? Didn't anyone play SIm City ?
The fires and earthquakes in sim city or civilization just add to the game play, right ?
Just like Alleh says - what are the sims to do if life is too boring and cannot get to the next level ? In civilization you progress to the next technological level right ?
SO what is a million people die from malaria in an "artificial" game year when playing ? So what if an earthquake levels a few cities ? You don't quit the game but make sure you build fire station zones like in SIm city. If you ran out of money to build fire stations and are in debt then bulldoze parts of the city, let the population reduce and just wait for repopulation to occur even if it takes a few "artificial" centuries ? For God all time is artificial anyway - just part of the made up simulation.
If your civilization gets conquered and the population raped and massacred then surely there is another civilization which will succeed (eh..umm....like the conquerors)

So donotwant - how is this scenario ? Do you want to play in God's Sim ? Technically you can rebel in the Sim and provide God more entertainment, it would be a boring game otherwise. Surely in Sim city or civilization you recall cities rebel against you ? Sometimes you let the cities run their course and ignore the situation - perhaps this is Gods plan for this blog and the atheists or religions which are deviant ? If God wants he can have fun and send a bolt of lightening or some floods to disturb the situation (ever played populous or black&white series - basically you as the player are God and in total control of a sim population - go to sleep at night and it still continues "autonomously" but if you want your intervene you can & destroy a few cities or reward them !!!)

RE: Why did god create diseases?
Continuing the God as in charge of a simulator analogy

When discussing why God created all the diseases it is important to know what God or gods you are discussing ?

The Sim city/civilization analogy I gave on my previous post as God in charge of a semi-autonomous simulation (us humans and creation) does not indicate what Gods character is like.

SUre we have played simulator games acting benevolently and risk averse - but you can play a simulator aggressively and put the "disease settings" on high.
Eg when playing SimCity you can set "maximum natural disasters" - this is only for the professionals otherwise all your hard work gets destroyed by fires & earthquakes.
- but isn't that what keeps you up late & involved ? repairing the earthquake damage ?

Who says God is a risk adverse entity who just wants a comfortable sim ? Perhaps God tweaks the settings to have fun and see what the humans will do such as when a Tsunami ruins a few cities and kills quarter of a million people. Surely this isn't too bad because there are plenty of people left to repopulate. Even wiping out most of Europe from the bubonic plague still managed to keep survivors and eventually repopulate Europe - just a minor setback in the grand scheme of things.

As for making 99% of species extinct - well this is just part of Gods plan to achieve the next sim level. I mean 1,000,000,000 years of just single celled life is boring isn't it. The dinosaurs must have been boring - and time is not factor because like all simulators you can speed up virtual time so for God it is just one click of the switch whilst for the created sim is seems like 200 million years........

Some of the sims even think they can communicate with God. This isn't far fetched at all - God made the program interesting and set some of the sims up with beliefs that they communicate back with God. This is actually happening today in virtual reality with some people falling in love with their artificial intelligence bots !

See article about Japanese who want to marry their sim bots........

This is evolution according to the God sim.

...technically can this be disproven ? Are we God's sims ?

(it can be but requires complex philosophical arguments based on matrix/brain in a vat/reality 'simulations' vs ontological metaphysical realism )

Stupid Theist Answer 1: It was introduced by Adam's sin during the Fall (never explained however is how this actually works or why it's not mentioned in the Bible).

Stupid Theist Answer 2: It was introduced by Satan during the Fall (never explained however is why God allows Satan to meddle with his 'perfect' creation).

Wow. Those are big words for fruit-boy. It's "consequence", and "relateable". Did Jebus send you here to make fools of believer's spelling abilities ? It's also per se, you fucking retard, ("persay" hahahahaha ... you REALLY are just as, or MORE stupid than you appear).
I think Jebus wants you to be the Apostle to the Illiterate. Show me EXACTLY how "sin abounds" where an innocent 6 year old is dying of Leukemia in a household of believers, and of course that *must* be why 10,000,000 African babies died last year. You are So fucking stupid, you are beyond stupid.
