No. I do not believe Obama had enough experience in Congress to properly assess any person's expertise in politics and economics - I believe Obama was motivated by his personal megalomania generated by his talents in public speaking, which was supported by a bi-partisan coup that was interested in experiencing the results of an empty suit president; and the coup put together the Cabinet, or enough of it.

It's not an impossible experience to endure, and it should lead to more people understanding that the Constitution is inadequate.
