Why isn't your spouse a member here?
Just something I've wondered from time to time. We have the occasional bride and groom type combination as members, but it feels like a lot of you married or partnered up folk are here stag. You tell us about your beloved companions, yet they aren't here. I'm just curious about what sorts of reasons exist for why they don't join in here. Even for the few married couples I can think of, usually one spouse is quite active while the other makes a very rare visit.

Thoughts? Comments? Questions? Jokes?

I've asked my husband to come on- he listens to the podcasts- but forums aren't his cup of tea. I read funny or interesting stuff but beyond that there's just no interest.

Your partner looks eerily like mine!

She is too busy cooking, cleaning, ironing and making herself pretty.

You don't have a maid (or two) for the first three (and possibly the last one, as well)? What a failure! Drinking Beverage

Facebook is so much easier to figure out if people are single. Crafty, Erx! Big Grin

Actually, I have a bevy of those.

I don't have a spouse. That was a bare-faced lie.

Why go for a long term contract when pay-as-you-use services are more cost-efficient?

Ain't a long-term contract usually the cheaper option though? At least this is what they tell me at my mobile phone provider's every time I go to put more money on my prepaid card? Or are you like me, an infrequent user of said services?
