because it was chest and triceps day, oh yaaaaaa, had an amazing workout, and afterwards... for like 6 minutes, up close to the mirror, with the light just right...I was swole Drooling

Lol, hate to disappoint with a boring story. It was just a close call on the highway. Semi hit some ice or something coming towards me and his trailer kicked out. Took off my side mirror.
