I had to work all day. But it was okay because it's friday before a three day weekend and everyone was in a good mood, ready for the break. I finally got off work and cruised home with the windows down. A storm was just rolling in in the distance and the smell of rain in the air blowing on my face coupled with the fact that I was done with work for a good three days just made me smile the whole way.

Got me some spirits and a loving wife and two beautiful kids to enjoy for the next couple of days uninterrupted.

Let it fucking rain, I'm gonna enjoy this weekend come hell or high water!

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

Turns out my geometry teacher changed the deadline for due work from today to wednesday, so I have more time to bring my grade up.

I found out that I got a B for my last Biology test.

If I do well on my next test, it'll be brought up to a B+ probably.

Hurrah for up-scaling based on consistent performance!

I taught a samba class to an 8 year old girl. She played the triangle I gave her for her birthday last week. Plus agogo bells. I played berimbau and pandeiro.

I then taught a drum class to an hilarious 10 year old boy. Kid is so damned funny.

Just spent an hour with another 10 year old on working within a click track.

Had a lovely conversation with a rock star. And am awaiting my final student. Great guy who I have been teaching for 8 years.

Good day. Smile

EDIT. Her birthday was three weeks ago. I think I lost some days. Tongue

Today was a god ;week end; for me.

Playing "Kerbal Space Program' for a while now. I suppose I'm maybe a third of the way 'in' through'? But it's a huge 'Sandbox' affair, so it's kind of hard to tell.

I have put all this into orbit around Kerbin.

Now... to see how much I can turn on the engines with out it all coming apart. Smile

Yah.. still no idea how the 'Add image' works. Sad

Much cheers to all.

I always loved percussionists! You seem like a wonderful teacher!
