Oh, did I mention the crush I have on her? Blush She's straight, and happily married with kids, but I still can't help but have those puppy-love happy feelings when I'm with her.

*sigh*
Ah, crushes... feels like forever (if ever Wink)

Do you know, I once dreamt I was a guy and my best friend was gay and was in love with me. It was an interesting experience which I'm not gonna have in real life, which made it even more interesting...

Crushes can be fun, as long as you're not torturing yourself over it. Hug
Yeah. Sadly crush usually = torture. At least to some extent. In my case lol

But few things better than getting over someone/something. The sense of liberation is great. Or is something wrong with me? Consider

Oh there you go again, second guessing your normality. Tongue

I used to attach far too much emotion prematurely on my crushes, so I felt like shit when somebody else inevitably swooped in to take them. No, nothing is wrong with you, moving on from somebody that you prematurely cling to is quite liberating.

Second ain't the word. We're talking triple digits here Confused

Nah, I'm not talking just premature crushes (ain't the crushing typeWink); getting over anything/anyone that used to be important for you is a very liberating experience. Of course, it's kinda bound to turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy at one point...

Good long call, wherein I got to talk to a few people I had not before.

Today was a good day.

A single action is worth more than the words it takes to describe it.

'Cause I bloody finished my book tonight, that's why! (Still about two weeks' worth of editing left to do, but that's nowhere near as horrible).
Off I go to drown my sorrows celebrate with vodka and grapefruit juice. Don't wait up. [Image: wwinesmiley2.gif]

What, you're writing a vampire romance novel? Consider
