yes but there is an ignore button here and it's also impossible to violate anybody's physical boundaries here. there are some differences.

This isn't real life. This is the internet. You don't have to trust anyone to not be a dick to them.

I love you so in this moment.

Lol

When I want your opinion I'll read your entrails.

But on the Internet, unlike real life, you don't have interact with those people you don't like or don't like you.

There are some real-life people I really wish I could put on ignore or mute.

I've been honest with you to the point where it's just not even prudent to announce to hundreds of people everything dark and sinister and stupid and embarrassing about me.

I do not think of myself as a good person in fact I have quite a repugnance for myself but I believe I am making progress and sincerely desire do not be a little shit. if I have convinced any of you that I'm a good person , I can assure you that I am NOT nor have I ever wanted to lead you to that impression.

Okay, so you are not on this forum to make friends or to be disruptive; so you are effectively saying your not here for a positive reason but not for a negative either.

So why are you here?

I absolutely love this website and this is the internet and not real life if you don't want to hear or see another word from me you can simply do that it isn't that difficult.

it really makes me have to wonder how much are these people really bothered by my presence when they follow me around and take so much time to read what I post. this is the internet, & I don't have to annoy you anymore than you choose to let me by reading what I have to say.

... Has that seeing replies issue been fixed with the Ignore function?

That last paragraph reminds me of teacher's advice to a bullied student; "Well if you stop reacting to them they will go away; by reacting to them your just giving them licence to continue."

RE: Wicked Clown
FT,
I do not think I am bullying anybody here. who have I been attacking or showing hostility towards?

why am I here, because it's interesting and the mods are just and I'm working hard to try to be a good behave member of this site. put too much effort into this to just leave when my intentions are to be good.

if you look at the threads I have started, you will see topics like abortion, religion, politics, the British Empire, ethics, possible negative effects of pornography, Catholicism, and various other things that I don't recall at this moment that are not topics that should be disruptive to the forum but facilitate meaningful conversation.

Let's look at that sentence again, shall we?

Quote:That last paragraph reminds me of teacher's advice to a bullied student; "Well if you stop reacting to them they will go away; by reacting to them you're just giving them licence to continue."

The key words to note are 'reminds me of' and 'you're just giving them licence'.

The implication being not that you are a bully, but that your last paragraph looks like 'it's their fault for reacting to me'.

Fair play then.

Some of your threads have been interesting and not necessarily disruptive (though 'im sorry' did come off as creepy...) and I'll readily admit I haven't been paying much attention to you prior to this thread's typical political bullshit dragging me to 'im sorry' out of curiosity, so I'm pretty indifferent actually when it comes to your posts.
Then again, there was that whole unsolicited self-loathing vomit-post in the Great Quotes thread which I hope to not have to see anywhere again; shit like that does strike me as disruptive since it kinda does draw people and was not remotely on topic of thread...

RE: Wicked Clown
Okay,
the self-loathing has nothing to do with Narcissistic personality disorder as someone else stated. It has a lot to do with all the people telling me I'm a piece of shit and things that I've done or shit that goes on in my mind and heart that are wrong, which I don't hide from people and am not a deceiver or user of people as some are accusing.

We all have our Achilles heal (weakness) and mine is I'm hyper sensitive to false accusations and being accused of lying when I'm honest.

I hate phony people who pretend to be friends for the purpose of being accepted or using people. I don't disagree entirely with those who say I'm annoying, worthless, stupid, or disturbed. But what I'm not is phony and not someone who deceives people for the purpose of using them. That's all.

Yabut, what happened to the tarantula you keep in the woods? Does it yet live or did a cat get it?

#sigh
