RE: Worker Owned Factories
New Belgium Brewing Company is now entirely worker owned. They also emphasize eco-friendly practices; they partially rely on wind but about 10% of the brewery's power also comes from methane gas created as a byproduct of their on-site water treatment plant.

Best of all... they make really happy workers and damn fine beers. Thumbsup

Good Smile

I hope they can make it to the world top 500 and still remain worker-owned.

By doing so they will help us Chinese better understand socialism.

I fuvking love New Belgium's Ranger IPA. Great company. I think they are right behind Dogfish Head and Boston beer in sales volume of the real beer breweries.

So what is this thread still about? We all realize these types are possible and happen in the US, right?

Oh yeah, I & I needs to whine about the big meanie capitalists corporations. I remember my 1st semester too.

Ha- Yep.... I remember when I was 15... I read my first essays on dialectic materialism and then at 18... I guess I'll probably always have a thing for Trotsky.

Ah, pinko youth days. Good times. Shy

Of course, not liking capitalism is some mental derangement or just a phase. Drinking Beverage
