3.5 mile run tonight (was awesome!) and before bed, I plan to do about 20 minutes of yoga.

It was a good day. 4.15 miles. The weather here is finally cooling down some so I can go run before dark and not bake.

I've been working on the head and hand stand, individually. My headstand I can hold perfectly (though my arms aren't right here, elbows should be down). I can hold that for many seconds (minutes really) now. The handstand took more practice, I can hold it straight now for 10 seconds. The picture is ridiculous, my legs should be straight but it's hard to take a perfect selfie at this time Wink. Had to rely on others.

I am pretty proud of myself, this took a bit of practice. I am working on the splits as well, and I am stiffer than I was last year so it's a bit more challenging for some reason.
