Too bad the number of the beast is actually 616. Tongue

And no. If you didn't say what it was supposed to be I would have assumed a cheap knock-off of the Zep's trifoil. Undecided

Celestialwanker or Mittens?

We need to add a few poll options here.

Mittens I think. Guy is clownish enough.

Or maybe we're getting paranoid here? Not all clowns are trolls already banned.

The first revolt is against the supreme tyranny of theology, of the phantom of God. As long as we have a master in heaven, we will be slaves on earth.

So now Gimple has been exposed for plagiarism?

He claims I came up with my own rendition of what "the mark of the beast" from Revelation would look like.

Not only is the guy a bit of a dipshit, he's also a liar. Dodgy

I'm a creationist... I believe that man created God.

True. But many sock puppets pick right up on the fights in progress when they were banned. Also, CW and Mittens have both made multiple socks. That's good, it gives the admins something to do.

I think ineptitude is a better explanation than plagiarism. If he'd plagiarized, his design would actually be better than it currently is. His has all of the same fundamental problems of everyone else who thought making 666 into a wheel hub did, except his is fundamentally the worst one of the bunch. It's just about the most boring, lazy, and lackluster take on the not terribly original or complicated idea. You'd hope that if he copied a better design, some of it's better points would have stuck.

I have no personal connection with the antichrist or 666 narratives, though, so I wouldn't feel the need to wear a shirt like that. I think they are poorly understood by most people, myself included. I see it as a possibly a reference to Nero, but nobody actually knows. In certain company, I'd wear a shirt with Baphomet on it, though, because I like his sexy bod <3

How about the symbol I created itself? Is it sexy? Do you like it? Or is it for the birds?

I think it is clever and beautiful. Wish I'd thought of it before you. The fact it is so minimal is, to me, a blessing.

RE: Would you wear "the mark of the beast" on your T-shirt?
Yes I'd wear one but only if someone gave it to me and it appeared at the top of the pile of clean T shirts in my T shirt drawer.

The symbolism means nothing to me. I wouldn't expect anyone to comment on it and as as far as I am concerned it is nothing more than another designer T shirt of which I have a few.

It certainly doesn't in any way indicate any religious or anti-religious sentiment on my part; it is in my opinion just another designer T shirt.

Care to share the reasons you wouldn't wear it?

Because I don't care what anyone else believes so long as they leave me alone about it. Wearing that shirt would open a conversation and get me the religion-talk that I detest.

This is a movement. I swear it. Be first on board.

Generally speaking, I think movements should be flushed.
