RE: You cannot escape faith
Ahhh, it seems we have a question of whether or not existence and pretty much all matter is really real or is a figment of our imaginations.... which of course, may or may not be real.

Am I correctly stating what you're trying to say/ask?

B-b-b-but I DO have faith...

...faith that you will never convince me that what you just said has any sense in it whatsoever. Drinking Beverage

I am not accountable to any God. I am accountable to myself - and not because I think I am God as some theists would try to assert - but because, no matter what actions I take, thoughts I think, or words I utter, I have to be able to live with myself.

I'm not trying to be pejorative when I say this. But I honestly read this guy's name as dildo97 every time I see it.

Is that just me?

I logically infer from your statement above that you are dim-witted. To believe this requires no faith on my part.

You are emabarrasing yourself.

faith - 2.b (1) : firm belief in something for which there is no proof

logic - a (1) : a science that deals with the principles and criteria of validity of inference and demonstration : the science of the formal principles of reasoning

“I am quite sure now that often, very often, in matters concerning religion and politics a man’s reasoning powers are not above the monkey’s.”~Mark Twain
“Ocean: A body of water occupying about two-thirds of a world made for man - who has no gills.”~ Ambrose Bierce
