M*A*S*H, probably my all time favorite TV show.

I'm not anti-social. I'm pro-solitude.

Movies:

2001: a Space Odyssey - There was one sequel, 2009, but Clarke wrote another, 2060. I understand there have been negotiations but so far nothing. No

Parker was technically a sequel to 1967's Point Blank with Lee Marvin. Curiously, in the 1967 film they changed the protagonist's name to Walker. Huh It's really too early to say there won't be a sequel but Hollywood releases its throwaway movies early in the year after the Oscar frenzy, so I don't expect one. Jack Reacher falls in this same category. Dishonorable mention: Payback, Mel Gibson's remake of Point Blank was terrible.

Series:

The genius of the BBC series Sherlock Holmes with Jeremy Brett was dramatizing each of the original A. Conan Doyle stories. Due to Brett's death they did not finish the canon. There were enough remaining for another season, possibly two.

In the final episodes of season four of Lois and Clark: the New Adventures of Superman it had been determined that Kryptonian Superman could not father children with a human female. But then a time traveling H.G. Wells shows up with a baby and claims that Lois and Clark (Mr. and Mrs. Clark Kent) are the parents of the infant. We are left with a family portrait of Lois, Clark and the baby, and an expectation of an explanation the following season. Then the series was cancelled. Frusty

Humans arrived on Earth on 22 October 4004 B.C. A few of us are still trying to repair the ship.

Farscape. I wish the events in PK wars had been stretched out for a whole season, it felt way too rushed. And I will never forgive them for losing the voice filter for Pilot.

Quote:Star Trek - Any series. They could just keep on filming it. When Enterprise ended I nearly cried. I am just finishing TNG and I feel like crying already, luckily there are movies after the TNG, then I have DS9 and a lot of other nice things to look forward to.
Yes.

Poor Samurai Jack... We need an ending. Aku must be defeated!

Scrubs. Great comedy, 8 seasons and it wasn't boring for a moment. It was probably for the best that they stopped though, because there wasn't much to go with anymore.

The season 9 they made, I don't even count it. Boring as hell.
