I enjoy the juxtaposition of the very cute and emotive ponies with the language and mores of the modern internet. I don't even watch the show, but I can't help but find them hilarious in this context. I can say however that from an animator's standpoint (I went to art school and learned traditional golden age Disney animation techniques), I love what they do with the ponies; they are very emotive and well animated (from the little I have seen them in motion).
