I generally like strong flavored beers, especially stouts, porters, and IPAs. I did recently try a really interesting flavored beer, Lips of Faith Cocoa Mole. It has cocoa, cinnamon, and several different chiles. Really different but quite good.

Damn! I didn't know they made a Double Bastard! I like arrogant Bastard once in a while. They're hard to find around here and on the pricey side when I do.

For an "everyday" I like a Guinness or Shiner Bock. I don't drink very often anymore. a six-pack will do me for months.

Damn, you can get Dogfish Head in Texas. Dude's going places. Stay away from the 120 minute IPA, it's sickly sweet. Delaware-based fucker is doing some really cool shit with recreating ancient recipes. ... Too bad beer spikes my sugars like crazy now and I have to stick to liquor. Weeping

He'll yeah..dogfish is good shit and ummmm yeah I don't touch the 120..that's toxic goodness.. Most craft beers send me over the top because I drink to fast..so it is a limited indulgence for me

Any IPA

DFH 60M was my gateway drug to real beer.

I used to like IPA's until I moved to the Pacific Northwest. They use abundant hopping here to hide the flaws.

My standard is Harp but.... I've recently gotten into this company's brews and these two are their newest beers introduced in 2012. The lighter one is Lemon Berry Shandy and the darker one is Snowdrift Vanilla Porter. Both are very smooth.

They've been making beer in Chippewa Falls WI since 1867.
