Zimmerman: A Case of Bad Lawyering
Well, it appears that George Zimmerman is about to go on trial for second degree murder. The jury has been selected and sequestered and the trial date set (http://www.mercurynews.com/breaking-news...nthenews).

I think charging Zimmerman with Second Degree Murder is a bit out of line, but for sure he should be charged with some sort of negligent homicide. I believe if the courts had done this, then Zimmerman would have not only been properly charged, but would have had virtually no chance of an aquittal. So...if George Zimmerman has a good lawyer, then he stands a very good chance of getting an aquittal.

But George Zimmerman hasn't had good lawyers: so his chance of getting an aquittal has gone way down. I mean what the hell kind of lawyer would condone his client giving a national-televised interview like Zimmerman did on Fox news? That is the stupidest thing a lawyer could allow, for it only gives the prosecution more material. Ya' know - there's a reason that good lawyers tell their clients to STFU, and we are about to see a classic example play out of why that advice is golden.

And before the Fox Interview, there were the two lawyers (who Zimmerman never actually authorized to represent him) who claimed they were dropping Zimmerman as a client because he had gone onto hiding and couldn't be reached. As a result, Zimmeman's bail was jacked waaaaay up by the court. Jeeez....what a case of pathetic lawyering.

What....these lawyers don't get some basic rules:

1. The client should STFU
2. The Lawyer should STFU
3. If the Lawyer must speak, he never says anything compromising about the client.

As a result of all this bad lawyering, George Zimmerman is in more peril than he could be otherwise for even a pathetic DA could convict him in a lot of courts using all the evidence that has flowed from George's BIG FAT MOUTH!

And just think, Zimmerman's Father was a Justice of the Peace and George was studying Criminal Justice - yet he and his family don't know when to STFU.

Want to see a really damnong video George Zimmerman did after his arrest, then look at the one linked below. I mean what kind of backwater-dickhead lawyer would authorize that shit?

Florida: home of the world's stupidest lawyers. (Below is a video of George Zimmerman trying to get himself thrown in prison for life)

Didn't his first lawyer/set of lawyers quit when he did the interview ? He's been through at least two. Maybe he's just uncontrollable. How do you know they agreed, or didn't tell him to shut up ?

I'd say his first mistake was not listening when the 911 operator told him to stand down. Had he done that none of this would have happened.

Well, here's a photo of George Zimmerman seated next to his dumb-ass lawyer as George tries to talk his way into prison via a Fox News Interview.

Actually, Zimmerman's first mistake was stalking Trayvon Martin.

Remember how a the media turned this into a white on black race crime when the dude isn't even white. But sheep are dumb as fuck and they swallowed whatever the media squirted out even thought they could tell with their own eyes that they guy wasn't white.

That is called brainwashing kids, when the media can say something blatantly not true and people just cream their panties and accept it.

Well, so far the prosecution has called up about a half-dozen loser witnesses whose credibility is about ZERO. Maybe, just maybe, George Zimmerman has a fighting chance.

Also, I'm now watching the girl described as Trayvon's girlfriend testify and it appears that she's the worst witness yet. In fact, I almost can't think of a worse witness. She's terrible - she's crapping on the Prosecution's case.
