RE: belief in self?
I witnessed a similar "demonstration" at a church camp, which involved one of the youth leaders getting up on stage and karate chopping wooden boards. It was supposed to be a metaphor for the "Power of Christ" or some shit, but he failed the first couple of times and had a nasty bruise on his hand the next day. It was pretty stupid, and definitely bizarre, to say the least.

If we came from dust, then why is there still dust?

That was a fiver.

Laugh out load Laugh out load Laugh out load Laugh out load Laugh out load

Out of a possible five. Even if it was fake.

I wish you'd posted that in the morning so it could've made my day Tongue

Looks like it.

I had to check. It was too pat. However, for an identical genuine and non-fake performance I recommend taking a peek at AlephBet's posts in his "Challenge" thread. Some serious head bashing there, although not much bleeding.

Silly rabbit! You want to put a shallow cut into the side of the board the audience can't see, greatly weakening the board. This allows it to remain whole and even splinter believably whenever you do break it. Might I also suggest putting a domed hard plastic or metal plate with some padding that can be discretely hidden under the hat to take the brunt of the impact and dissipate the transfer of force to the skull.

The point, as always, is to work smarter, not harder! Thumbsup

Also, you don't use a board that's that flexible. The one in that video is bending and absorbing all the energy without ever sustaining any damage. Hard but brittle will snap beautifully.
