easing out of the closet
Opened up a bit with a friend raised Orthodox. She is looking into Zen and Buddhism and states that she is a spiritual person. Dialog seemed to stop with my Noah's Ark opinion of being ludicrous. Will see what happens.

I can't believe anyone literally buys the Noah story. If it's true, the god killed children since presumably there were some and he wiped out the entire population except Noah's family. Also, the logistics of dealing with feeding and shoveling poop alone make it impossible.

Welcome to TTA!

Not believing the Noah story tho is hardly opinion. It's hard coming out tho and saying that stuff out loud.

This is a good place to learn more and to find out about books and videos and such to help you understand where you are and also to help you understand what you may face in real life.
You will also be able to find out what real life experiences the people on the forum have/are dealing with. You will know that you are not alone.
