RE: favorite condiments
Overheard in a biker bar - as a drunken customer was being served his burger and fries....

"Do you need any condiments??"

"Naw honey -- I'll skip on the safe sex and just have dinner"....

Mustard, wasabi, ketchup.

Awww, I considered making a Tartarus Sauces's Excellent Sauces thread to discuss this very topic. Early Bird gets the worm. Blush

I'm partial to ketchup made with cane sugar. It tastes so much better than the corn syrup stuff that is so common these days. I also love honey mustard. Yum! My absolute favorite is hummus, though. Drooling I eat it daily.

Ketchup....sometimes BBQ sauce. Sweet pickle relish...yummmmmy.

Mayo only to glue tuna or macaroni salad together.

I am learning to be okay with mustard. I hated it as a kid.

I agree with you on the mayo. It's good for tuna, egg salad, and chicken salad (I'm not fond of macaroni salad), but not much else.

I didn't like mustard until I was about eleven. Too spicy as a toddler.

If you haven't explored the world of mustards, you haven't lived. May I present The mustard museum

I use all kinds of mustards depending on what they go with, hot sauces, horseradishes(wasabi counts as such), organic Mayo (can't stand the big brands anymore after trying some small company pure Mayo), some ketchup, peanut sauce, teriyaki sauce, just about anything really as long as it complements the food flavors.
