Anyone here ever worked with fondant on a cake or so?
I watched a few videos on how to make it and how to use it...
I decided for marshmallow fondant because everything else is usually with cornsyrup and there is no cornsyrup in Romania. Or at least I didn't find any.
Also glucose syrup is used often but I didn't find that either...

I'll try the marshmallow fondant this weekend... anyone experience with it?
