im looking for a list of our forefathers
The list I'm looking for is of each and every person of the 55 delegates religious status and how they viewed religion.

I thimk you'll find that the majority of the "founding fathers" were diest (a god created yet, abandoned universe)... that was quite common at the time.

They certainly understood the importance of the separation of church and state. The very 1st amendment states:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof... "

In other words... believe what you want but, don't expect anyone else to.
