My dad keeps on getting onto me that I don't fill my time and I don't go outdoors enough.The problem is though I am not an outdoors person and I just don't do exercise for exercise sake but I do need a physical activity project to stay healthy.{ I am over 400 pounds} Any suggestions. I need help here.

P.S. My dad wants me to be doing more than just exercise. He wants me engaged into a project. Thank you for your.

Try starting slow, maybe take a walk every evening after dinner. Also, it might be a good idea to get a checkup from the doc before doing anything too strenuous.

Walk for at least 20 minutes daily.
Your project is to lose weight.
