RE: please help with eulogy emotion
We usually have an Irish wake in my family, but we did also have a church service for my dad. My brother gave the eulogy. He was in the army and also worked in the Merchant Marine. So definitely not a pussy. Wink He cried during the whole thing. There is nothing wrong with crying when you miss someone, it definitely doesn't make you any less masculine. Don't worry about breaking down in the middle of the eulogy-everyone will understand. Just speak from your heart.

RE: please help with eulogy emotion
I think it would be strange not to show deep emotion during the eulogy.

As Julep said practice it before so the words don't shock you as you say them.

“I am quite sure now that often, very often, in matters concerning religion and politics a man’s reasoning powers are not above the monkey’s.”~Mark Twain
“Ocean: A body of water occupying about two-thirds of a world made for man - who has no gills.”~ Ambrose Bierce
