RE: [split] Debating Lion IRC
And yet, here I am sitting down, looking at this thread and shaking my head.

Nothing has been done. Lion, if you want an INFORMAL debate, let's have at it. I am almost tired of your bull.

A2,
This one's not up to it. Don't waste your time. I know you like debating, but your opponent has to knwo something about the subject they are debating. Debating believers, who basically know nothing about their cults, is not going to improve your skills. Wait for someone who is up to the task. This one is clearly not.

I havent seen any mistakes or errors in the NT

No mistakes or errors? Do contradictions count? If so, could you explain some things?

Who did the women see at the tomb?

Who were against Jesus?

How are people judged?

Just how many women came to the sepulchre?

Where did the women stand when watching the crucifixion?

And many, many more.

A single action is worth more than the words it takes to describe it.

You were pretty special if you could read and write, that's for sure.

I never understood how Jesus was arrested and a trial was held during Passover.

Well, obviously, you can't take the bible literally.

But if you don't it doesn't really have anything to say.

Truly a paradox worthy of our greatest of minds.

Of course you can take the Bible literally. Any concept, as long as it remains within the scope of human comprehension, can be conceived and believed.

Matching that belief with observable and verifiable reality is a completely different story.

The atheist is a man who destroys the imaginary things which afflict the human race, and so leads men back to nature, to experience and to reason.
