The citation needed is for Rice and Powell. The only reason you know anything about Hillary's server and what was on it is because of the investigation. How do you know if Rice or Powell or anyone else for that matter didn't have classified shit on their servers? Were they investigated? We're their servers and computers checked? Of course not, because they didn't have a witch hunt out for them.

Upon further review, it appears Colin Powell received two emails to his private email that were later classified confidential, the lowest level of classification. This is a big difference from the many of Hillary's that contained classified info, even top secret info AT THE TIME it was sent. The Powell emails had no classified markings and appear to be retroactively classified.

Just stop. Now who is reaching? And you know damn well every email or every document in every server other than Hillary's has not been vetted or investigated. Didn't someone ask you to not turn this into another useless thread about this? Can't help yourself can you? Just stop.

Seems to me she would have learnt her lesson and won't make that mistake again.

In the meantime, Trump still thinks his foreign policy is that the Mexicans should built a wall and that the Muslims ought to be rounded up and deported. He still thinks internal policy is that police brutality or any vigilante justice is justified.

RE: Hillary Rally
As I understand it—from a distance—none of the emails that were posted to or from Clinton's unsecured server(s) were in actuality accessed by unauthorised personnel or enemies of the State. Is this correct, or is there viable evidence that these emails were in fact used for nefarious purposes and/or criminal activity?

And if there's no substantive evidence supporting any actual breach of security, then why the attacks on Clinton? Or is this a storm being whipped up as part of the Republican's character assassination of her?

Apparently Drumpf's Chapter 11 bankrupting of four companies is not nearly as "criminal" as Clinton's email saga? Confused

FBI director James Comey said they can't rule out that her server was breached (multiple hackers said they've hacked it easily), but for sure she sent classified emails to staff email accounts (non-government accounts) that they know were breached.

She sent and received emails from a private server with no real security, the subject matter of those emails were classified AT THE TIME they were sent. She should have known the junk she was talking about was classified. She's the freaking secretary of state, she should have assumed EVERYTHING she discussed was potentially classified. It shows extremely poor judgement. Extremely poor.

As for Trump's bankruptcies, so what? They didn't jeopardize national security. He has 4 bankruptcies out of 500+ businesses. All 4 bankruptcies were hotel/casino related. It is common for casino businesses to file bankruptcy. Caesars Casinos in Vegas were going through it recently. It's a tough business. No, bankruptcy is not criminal.

I do agree the email shit is troubling. It actually pisses me off a little bit (not because I loved Sanders or felt he was particularly electable). That said, I will vote for her, not because of any reason other than the Supreme Court appointment.

But since Trump has never held a political office all we have to base things on is his business record. Seriously wasn't this the same thing that wingnuts at the RNC were bitching about when Obama first ran for president? They all said he lacked experience. At least he was a senator.

That Trump college was a total money scam.

That's all it really comes down to in this election. Two terrible, flawed candidates. But the supreme court is the most important thing. We know the type of justice each candidate will pick, so we'll have to vote on that issue.

Then again, we might be stuck with 8 justices for a while. If the republicans hold the Senate, they won't confirm any of her picks.

Or the republicans lose the senate control in two years with the next round of elections. People are kinda funny about shenanigans. This whole thing can seriously backfire.

That won't happen. It's career suicide. They will approve whoever she nominates if that person is qualified. They can throw their infantile tantrums now, but they are going to have to swallow some serious crow when she wins and puts in someone way more liberal than Obama's guy. Fucking petulant children.
