RE: starting my own belief system?
What happens if you actually start a religion? It could get out of hand and become a problem for future atheists. (See Scientology).

When I find myself in times of trouble, Richard Dawkins comes to me, speaking words of reason, now I see, now I see.

Well I joined, but it's a little bit lonely on the site...

I don't believe Jesus is the son of God until I see the long form birth certificate!

RE: starting my own belief system?
I was with you up until the part about an equal and democratic government lol
However I shall hide my personal agenda beneath the veil of this new rising power so that I may twist its virtues and beliefs to mean what I want...
why does that sound familiar?
Tongue

Hey brother christian, with your high and mighty errand, your actions speak so loud, I can't hear a word you're saying.

"This machine kills fascists..."

"Well this machine kills commies!"

RE: starting my own belief system?
Be careful man, today its a guideline on the eating of ice cream, 300 years down the track and the noncreamists are fighting the spiderists(floatists) for disobeying their icecream eating laws and eating spiders (ice cream and soda) on a monday. Theologians are talking themselves hoarse over what exactly constitutes cold, is eating an ice cream when its 25 ok but 24 isn't? What if you're in house with the heater on? It's not cold in your house but its still 'cold' in that the weather is cold. Then they get drowned in a vat of icecream as a test, if you drown you were innocent and are welcomed into the bosom of his icecreamyness and his daughter the flake. If however you don't drown then you are guilty, being rejected by the most holy icy cream, and you are sentenced to be sprinkled. Ben and Jerry 21:4
