taking advantage
Well, you can take advantage to the believers. It can be sociologically, or even financially. Do you even realize that you can make profit by taking advantage.

You know, my parents are Catholic. I act like one of them. Guess what?
They increased my allowance!

Yes.

RE: taking advantage
In no way am I speaking for all Atheists when I say this...concur if you wish.

I believe that being honest (including not taking advantage of people) speaks higher volumes than the alternative. Being dishonest makes you look bad in people's eyes, no matter how justified you feel you are in your choice to take advantage of situations.

Theists of every flavour don't need any help in proving how ridiculous their beliefs and stances on social issues are. Let's not be the ones to prove that we're no better (by this, I mean ALL Atheists).

RE: taking advantage
Agreed. Obviously, I'll hide the person and lie to the murderer in that case. Smile You're right in saying that it is circumstantial.
