No one. Be mean to whomever you'd like. Personally I have no issue with any children, or people really. You've established how you feel about people and morality several times.

Cats, dogs, other people's cats, other people's dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, neighbours, other people's neighours, the blind, the deaf, the poor, the rich, the short, the tall, the fat, the skinny, the stupid, the brilliant...

The possibilities are endless, but I actually have work to do.
